BARBER PROGRAM

At Blessed Hands Barber Academy, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive barber training that prepares students for a successful career in the grooming industry. Our curriculum encompasses 1200 hours of hands-on practical operations and in-depth technical instruction, ensuring students gain both confidence and expertise. We focus on the art and science of barbering, including hair cutting, skin care, shaving techniques, and essential business skills. Our program aligns with the requirements of Arizona Revised Statutes 32-325, giving students a recognized certification upon completion. Our goal at BHBA is to provide our graduates with the required training,

knowledge, and skills to obtain their barber license from the state board. We

also want to properly teach our students the skills needed to work in a

barber shop in the compilation of our program. Skills that are required to be

successful in the barbering profession include regular men haircuts, styled

men haircuts, facials, and shaving with a straight razor and all the up-to-

date procedures to perform at top levels in the industry, as well as all

sanitary and disinfecting procedures required by the Arizona state board.
